Although this specific video does not have anything do with music, The bill that some of you may have heard of is to stop/illegalize any stream or videos of copyrighted material. According to this video, it would mean the trouble for any DJ who uploads videos of themselves mixing or some thing of the sort. As stated in the video "the way the bill is currently written is to broad to pin down what its trying to achieve"

if your into what the video is actually about, which is gaming and stuff like that. I'm sure you would want some thing to be done about this

that is the main concern of the internet at the moment, but yes if you think about it also applies to anyone who uploads music or videos including music that is under and CC or DRM

ehm. does it illegalize the uploading, or the streaming? cause if it does pass, what stops youtube to move it servers outside US?

don't think that would affect anything as it's a company based in the US so it would have to abide by US law. Similar thing just happened with microsoft's cloud...anyone using the service in the EU would have to comply with US laws because the company was based there.
