Hmm.. I know they've got a proud heritage and all that jazz, but I think they need to push the boat out abit.. coz wether or not people like the vestax/nuamr ttx1 better or not, it's at least being said in the same sentance as technics

Porsche hasn't changed their basic design for the 911 since its inception. McDonald's has used some of its recipes forever. Johnny Walker doesn't have to rejig and redesign their blend every year.

the design i feel should be kept the smae, simple and its the techie thing, what i would like is the pitch like this (i would perfer +-10) a 2kg motor or more, and a slightly improved tone arm but this is not too vital. as i see it imo i feel techies are starting to be left behind, try your hand on the numark ttx1 and you will know what i mean

Kay, the TTXs are nice 'n' all but in my opinion they still look and feel like toys... WTF's with the bright blue and silver lumpy shit deal? And the whole curvy thing, while kinda nice, gets mad annoying after a while. Especially when you're obsessive that your dex and mixer are paralell and there's a curvy side on one of 'em that you can't do anything about...
...Or is that just me?

each to thier own. Don't get me wrong I respect technics, but I just want something a little diffrent, the new style is nice enough, but I didn't buy it for that, and lord knws if I'll even look a the display (blue thing) :)
