Well, RyanCore is, compared to Chaos, a newcomer. He may produce for years now but I never saw him on an important album and label.

Chaos is as much as a newcomer as RyanCore tbh. The both started appear 3-4 years ago

I have the feeling that Chaos is much longer and successful a(s) producer. Actually, when I use the term "newcomer" I weight fame more than experience in this matter.
And don't actually look on Ryans followers, he follows 2000 people in return. Chaos has 1,154 followers, while he is only following 13 profiles.

Gammer has been the main producer of most of Dougal&Gammer track since 2004. When was he nominated as a newcomer on HH awards?

You are telling a good question actually so I can only guess here since it was around a time before I cared about Hardcore:
Gammer did his first releases only with Dougal in 2001/02 (don't know when he started to produce) on his side so he wasnt nominated for best newcomer in 2004 because he was already a big name by then.
A newcomer is someone who gets "popular" (on his own) within an short period. That's the reason why I classify Ryan as newcomer, just because he is working with Chaos. He earns attention now (and maybe more later, when this album brings something new to the scene or is simply just good), but before, he was and still is unknown in general, that's at least how I think.

Not related to this release or maybe someone will f*ck up with this comment, but Ryan has made a good job remixing a Hardcore-poppish track, originally made by J-Mi & Midi-D along with a vocalist from Smile.dk.
Not much to say about him, but probably will be a nice release and awesome album for the next year, sure for a new face of this world of hardcore music.

Thomas is right. Chaos has been around and producing (good quality) Hardcore for longer than you think. As an example, he did a very good remix of Sunlight, by Styles & Seduction ft. Alison Wade in 2007.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P2xOpVFoa5Q As for Ryan Kore, I like him. Big riff, feel-good Hardcore. Solid sounding production too.

using vocals from pop songs is his current (bootleg) style, yes, but when he even appears on HU podcast, he is doing it right. :) not the best in "creativity" though, but almost everyone remixed a popsong at the beginning.
