Yep you read right....
For many many years I have had a problems with social anxiety, compulsive gambling and depression and after seeing other people doing gambling recovery diary's, have decided to do my own.
Decided to publicly come clean and talk about things because have hit a low point and having something to push for will help with my gambling, and also will help my social anxiety. Plus i'm sure I will be able to help others as my video's progress.

Incredibly nervous (and looking rough) in the video's as I have never filmed myself before. (I must of relit that ciggy 20 times without having a puff)
Hoping to go through and talk about Social anxiety, depression, gambling addiction and of course music production.
Really never thought id have the balls to actually do this but i'm hopeful that the video's will not only help myself but they can help others!!!
