Daniel Seven - Aurora - Nice, sounds VERY similar to Darwin - Light up the Sky by my ear but that's certainly no bad thing.
Bridson et al - this is a nice happy vibe too.
Not so sure on the one that samples boyinaband (isn't it?) but it's not a bad track, just dont think it's for me
The whole thing sounds very very heavyweight! Really impressed and cannot wait to get my hands on it

Enjoying Aurora, a decent track - but I'm not sure about the piano sound selected for it. Great melodic track though!
I think it's important not to forget that this is a member project :P I'd like to hear what up and coming hh.com producers have to offer too. The producers so far, with the exception of Bridson and possibly Triq are all quite established.
Sounding good though. I'm desperate to get my hands on Saving Grace still :P

fair point Olly, someone mentioned that they wanted to hear samples from more up & comers. In my opinion Daniel Seven & Bridson are up & comers, possibly strong up & comers, but still relatively fresh to the scene. I suppose this also goes for everyone else involved in the making of 'Promised Land'.
They're also both hh.com members with Bridson appearing on the original PPF all those years ago. There will be a few more samples up before release so will make sure its some familiar hh.com names :)

while I'm not at all a fan of the divisive catchphrase "up and comer" I agree 100% with Olly, the samples so far are of people who have had fairly decent exposure, would love to hear some members music :)
...but are we getting close to the release now?? :D

No problem! the remaining samples will be from completely brand new talent from familiar names site :)
I'm trying to juggle some "up & comers" with familiar names to ensure that the project gets maximum exposure in the build up to release, but I certainly take the points onboard.
I'm calling the release date Mid April, there are still aspects of the album I want to ensure are completed & included & really don't want to be in a position of rushing anything to meet a deadline & inturn, letting people down. Not long now though :)

That's it exactly mate :) I really want to put together a seriously strong album here that will reach many many people & inturn, help all you guys & the site get some serious exposure. Managing to get support/tracks from some of the established names like this is a great help. If we reached 2000+ downloads on last years album then this one is set to be major!

With the next/last previews to come i'll also post the final album tracklist.
Apologies for the delay on this but there's a lot of people involved in the project which has made for so much prep work & alterations along the way. This has made it impossible to decide on the final tracks but we're almost there :)
It's been an insanely busy few months with building the album & working what seems to be neverending day & nightshifts at work (most of which have been spent pretending to be on the work phone while instead building the album :P).
It's all bloody good fun though!
