This is a track in progress from myself and Evolutionize. We're going for an "uplifting freeform" sound, but we also both have pretty different styles, which is where the title "Contrast" came from: the intro/outro is going to be very intense and in your face, which is Evolutionize's forte, which the main section will be more riffy and uplifting, which is more my cup of tea. Here what we have so far.

the writing and production is good but the instruments sound off. that sound that starts at 0.11 is horrible, like a soundfont almost. i know it's a sound font and you'll probebly change it, im just saying.

I agree.. The hoover / screech you have doesn't sound quite right..

We're still writing the rest of the song and we're gonna go back over everything once its complete and adjust instrument sounds for much of the song, but thank you for the comments guys :)

I like it a lot, but I think much of the track could be improved by adding stereo (width to the sound) of the oldskool synths you've used. Perhaps use a fast flanger to give it the variation on each side to have it sounding as crisp as the lead
