Hi, looking for a old mix i used to own, it was vibes and livelee and I am pretty sure it was a Helter Skelter mix, the last track on the mix was a remix of Celine Dion's "Where is the love"

Unfortunately it's unlikely that anyone will be able to tell you with that information. More info would probably be needed unless there is someone that just happens to know the mix well.

It's on dubplate. Never released. I got it off Vibes back in 2001.

That "Test of time" is the flip to the Celine Dion rip. I have the exact dub Vibes played that night. I got it in a batch of records back in 2001.
