I don`t notice any difference, besides it looks like the skin was made by some lame web designer, and you cannot make you own yet, i have`nt been through any dll`s with a resource hack, they are suppose to be vector skins, nodoubt based on a single bmp/png, probably not a real vector skin there would be no point
either way, i`m half way to making a junk free repack with all the samples, vsts, presets etc you will never use removed, so the interface is all clean to jump in and get busy with your own tools, if anyone here used any of my other repacks over the years

im not a web designer, im the shit hot coder, that made the first cross platform, cross server, fully migratable dymanic, module dynamic CMS that pissed on drupal and wordpress parade

either 5 months later, i have started to give it wysiwyg form post text area, rebuilding bbcode array from user levels, the last version is fully single site, desktop/mobile compatible using a few defines in the theme file
that will be it, for 20 years of php 5>6. minus anyone can fix module caches, mans just have to make a new theme, not a whole new site
