Second one is Seduction & Billy Bunter - Rhythm Flow. Other people have recently tried to get the first one ID'd but no one seems to know what it is!

I have the first one on CD but can't remember which CD it's on or what tune is called. Last time it needed ID'ing I spent ages searching for it but came up empty handed.

And you would be correct  I have this on vinyl (but my vinyl is packed in boxes at the moment so i can't check for you) If i remember rightly the choon is called Reachin Up.
