"Respect to the men in the ice cream van"

Need i say more?

Pop dance? Yes
Fun? Probably
Hardcore? Is it Bo****ks!!

The early hardcore stuff was a bit different but still poppy - Tom Wilson's remix of 'Back in the UK' was one of my old favourites and 'Move your ass' was fun too but mostly their tunes either make me laugh or cringe.

No way are they Hardcore, they're just commercial dance.

They aren't exactly my cup of tea but they're alot better than the other shit that's in the charts.

I think you're right to an extent. With the internet you can argue that nothing is underground since it's easily available to anyone who can type. You can also say that since it's still not being shoved in yo face and it's still only found by those searching for it that it's still underground, but it has to be a relative thing.

What some artists have done to bring their music to more people doesn't necessarily take the whole scene out of the underground, as long as they still play out to the ravers. You also don't have to be underground to be good, no one really had a problem with hardcore mixes coming out on Nukleuz and the like. But if making a cd comp means you can stop being hardcore then of course it's detrimental to the scene. I think that there are enough trash talkers on here and USH to keep everybody in line tho

^^^^^ is scot project's brother really in scooter???

one makes awesome hard trance and is incredibly respected in his scene, the other makes money. i don't think there's any shame in either - it's a simple choice.

^^^^ yeah but i think scot project would be making alot less money than scooter..... maybe that's just a big assumption on my part but hey, one's in the pop-dance world, which is run by huge a international industry with media, mass record/cd sales, etc.
