Hi folks.
New mix uploaded :) Bit different to my other mixes posted before. Decided to start off with some Harder stuff and work out into a few more Freeformy bits.
I'm not sure if there's a rule on posting tracklistings up here? Apologies in advance if there is!

Ah, so tracklistings aren't allowed to be posted then. heh.
If you wanna see it, check out http://www.ush.net/board/viewtopic.php?t=63678 for full tracklisting. Just out of curiosity, why was the tracklisting edited anyway? Phase 4 Records http://www.phase4records.co.uk/

so that you don't have all the producers on your back demanding royalties for that tune featured on yer mix :) it says unauthorised copying on the label of every record as you know with phase 4,they're unauthorised on the mix :P

Err, how are they unauthorised though, considering I personally know every one of either the producers/labels/artists involved with all the tunes? Plus, if I wasn't allowed to play the tracks or if I was gonna rip people off, I don't think I'd have been given many of the tracks featured on CD prior to release. Same with the last mixes I posted up, which have featured a lot of my own tunes and stuff from either of my labels (Phase 4/Inner Vision). I'm not exactly gonna sue myself ;)
I think you'll also find that no label is gonna try and claim royalties off a demo mix or something which someone has mixed in their studio, especially not in the hardcore scene. There'd be no point unless someone is clearly making visible profit from it, which isn't the case.
I see where you're coming from though, and understand that happyhardcore.com wouldn't want to be held liable in case of any "misunderstandings" which could ever arise with people posting up mixes. Fair does.
Cheers.

^^^ If you own 100% of your tunes in your mix then please post your track list if you don't mind.
I get many many people posting mixing which is good, I can't have a "I know the producers so it's okay" rule that is good for some people are not for others... so I have to say unless you own the track don't post the name of the tune.
I can't give out personal information about members if the labels or copyright owners ask me for data, I would then piss off the labels because HappyHardcore.com looks like does not support the artists. I think you all can understand that.

can i just add, as someone who produces tunes, all the labels have an "unauthorised" message and a contact number for licencing, however that is for Radio, Tv etc etc, not for a real media clip on the internet,
im always proud to see people mixing my tunes on the net.
