Don't know for sure, but I assume you can become a verified hardcore artist on this site by producing and releasing hardcore on a recognised format (eg a general-release record). I don't think it's related to anything special to do with this site, more a recognition of what you've done for the hardcore scene overall.

Probably towards the costs associated with running the site and associated components (eg chat and radio). Things like webspace and bandwidth, which would be significant considering the sheer size of this project.

No.

You have to have a release in our database to become a verfied hardcore artist. Basically you have to have a record for general sale that is distributed and send us the details. Click the help section for more info.
All donatations help speed up things like chat rooms, bigger radio servers and even newer things that are coming soon :)

He doesn't produce (to my knowledge). You have to had produced a track and have it in the Record Database.
He should have a founders badge though!

I'm not an artist (yet) so I don't give myself an artist badge, in fact I am not even in the artist database.
