2nd track is Smartyz - Close My Eyes. I dont think the original is on sale anymore (only seen it on IMOdownload), but I think i have seen the s3rl remix somwhere recently.

Really? The only reason I can think of is that the links are private links on soundcloud and maybe you can't view private links on mobile phones but I don't see why not if that is the direct private link.
