I leave it open to interpretation. I could call myself 'Spot' and it'd be pronounced in various and interesting ways by people from various countries.

Besides, 'arch' being pronounced as 'ark' is pretty commonplace in latin based languages..
It's generally a rule that words with the phonetic; 'archi' are pronounced with the 'k'. Archetype. Architect. Archaeologist. Archiepiscopal.
I think the only exception to this rule is archangel or archenemy, so the etymology is there. Anyone who speaks English as a first language saying "Arch-ee-fluxx" is getting their own language rules wrong.

But if you wanna keep Spot, it's the swedish word for spit, so I will call you Spit now ;)
