VCD = Video CD
getting me a SVCD version though hehe  .

I watched it last night...It's a really great movie, special effects are stunning. This sequel will leave you asking yourself alot of questions that can only be answerd in the 3rd part of the trilogy.
I'm sooooo seeing this again this weekend...

acctually although the official release date is the 15th but there were serveral 10pm and 10:30 showings at a lot of the theatres here in winnipeg.
I went with my friend cause he has been counting down the days to this movie for over a year now...he's nuts about it.
Some people will hate this movie...I acctually heard a fair few complaints as we were walking out. Myself though, I thought this movie was fantastic. They really developed the story, and really showed you a lot more about the world they acctually live in. I wont say much else though because well I don't want to ruin it for those that haven;t seen it.
Remember one thing though, part of what made the first one so amazing is that it was the first to do things in such a manner, it was truely groundbreaking...this one still has a lot of that but some of the stuff you'll see won't be THAT impressive perhaps because it is similar to something you have already seen.

Here in Toronto they had some 10 PM and 11 PM shows...on the 15th too...I'm guessing it was a common thing throughout Canada's major movie theatres....

i loved the first one, i had to watch it about 4 times before i fully understood it though! i cant wait to c this one

yeah, this is THE movie that i cant wait for. And monoxide, the script wont ruin it, cos s'all about the special effects

I saw it on sunday night, Barely.. I was just coming over a rather large weekend. I saw Neo fighting 100 agents, spewd, passed out and woke up to Neo in that room of little screens then fell alseep again till the end.
Please explain i missed the main parts? for what i saw was brillant.

I saw it yesterday, I think it was great!!! But not so revolutionary as the first...

It's not that good... the fights and effects are cool, but they go on for so long you actually start to get bored... Really, any excuse for a fight (ie on the way to see the oracle)... the story is cool though, especially the final TV-element of choice thing. But nowhere near as good as the first.

Watched a bit of it today at work but being a projectionist i look for any scratches or problems!!! Not the same watching films when its your job.

the car chase was probably my fav part of that movie =P the two dreadlock twins were just sick...
i felt some of the fight scenes were not needed but seeing neo take on 100+ mr. smiths was just funny...
