So yea I've been wanting to make this topic for awhile but decided against it. But my curiosity got the best of me and since there's a variety of people from around the world on this forum I wanted to know what everyone's feelings are about him. What do you like about him, if any? What don't you like?

For most Americans who aren't a supporter of him, we laughed this fat orange cunt off as a yuge joke when he first announced his candidacy for president. Now it's over a half a year later from that, and while we still laugh at some aspects of him, his candidacy and the whole Republican debate process, we're also becoming concerned that he could possibly win the presidency.

Oh and this is a great video to watch about Trump! John Oliver just says it best about him!

He's a mess of hypocrisy, aggressiveness and lies.

He's a terrible businessman,
He's an ignorant bigot,
He's rude and abusive to those whom he sees fit.

He will embarrass and damage the US if he's in power, but it should be recognized that he's symbolic of the frustration there. He's a president who wants to lash out, and "The Donald" seems to embody that feeling amongst the people - but no one has recognized that yet..

He's a terrible person, claiming that to beat ISIS we must target their families, or that some Mexicans are nice, but the rest are rapist drug cartels.

On a Hardcore-related note, didn't Lorenzo produce a song glorifying some Trump speeches?

He's an absolute bellend, BUT he's done an almost perfect job of tapping into the American public's fears and insecurities. He's like that annoying bloke in the pub that usually talks bollocks but secretly lots of people agree with him.

Now, he can't be ignored whether you take him seriously or not.

What's funny is that the anger and frustration he's tapping into isn't anything new and he didn't create most of it. In fact, the Republican party and right-wing/conservative media like FOX News and radio show hosts like Rush Limbaugh have been instigating and creating these attitudes for years, mostly in the last 8 years since Obama became president. Because of his celebrity status he did a better job at being the embodiment of all that fake outrage than the over a dozen other Republican candidates could ever do.

And the Republicans aren't necessarily disagreeing with everything he says, but it's mostly in the delivery and the added BS he adds to his positions.

Trump recognizes an immigration problem, all Republicans do. But most of them realize it's ridiculous to build a wall on that border because the logistics and cost of it will be a nightmare.

Trump wants to bomb the crap out of ISIS territories, most republicans do as well. But Republicans aren't going to go hunt for every ISIS members' families because they know that's a war crime.

I think Republicans are mostly upset that Drumpf makes them look like complete racist uneducated whackjobs, which most of them actually are. They really have only themselves to blame for his success and representation of their party.

What's crazy is there's still a chance he could lose the party's nomination at the Republican convention if Drumpf doesn't get enough delegates by then. With the other 4 candidates (Marco Rubio, Ted Cruz and John Kasich) taking some delegates, they're guaranteeing that he doesn't get the full half of the primary votes, and it will be up to the people at the convention to vote for the right candidate. If he loses there, then I hope he and his ilk become outrage and encourage him to run independent. If that happens, that will take Republican votes away and it will guarantee the Democrat, Hillary Clinton or Bernie Sanders, a win! lol

It's a matter of lesser of two evils. Hillary and Sanders are both complete nuts and would be terrible for this country. I don't like Trump in general because he's a huge dick, but I still support some of his ideas like securing the border.

The simple truth: Hillary and Sanders are leftist socialist nuts, and any right winger would be better than them.

I'm not a huge fan of politics in general but I was initially under the assumption that he was actually shilling for the democratic party so that Hillary would win by default. Really wasn't expecting him to still be in the race at this point...

It scares me that this lunatic could soon be one of the most powerful men on the planet. I laughed when I heard he was running for president and would've laughed even harder if somebody told me back then that it would get to this stage. I'm still confident that he won't get into the White House but the mere fact that he's got this far is worrying.

After George W. Bush i'm not scared of anything from the US anymore. There simply isn't more damage that could be done by a single person today.

The most worrying thing for me I think is that Hillary comes across as a bit of warmonger, and that out of the two if I had to cast a vote it wouldn't be for Hillary - which makes me question myself somewhat since Trump makes me facepalm so frequently that my face and my palm both hurt.

Quite sure it will just be 4 more years of the same last 15 years, no matter who it is.
