Stomp each beat like a lunatic till the rush hits me full-on ... then some mad glo-stick action...
During my peak I get so out-of-it I just stomp and pound till I feel like my legs are gone and I'm about falling sideways, so I go cabbage-out somewhere in a chair and just absorb the whole thing for a while. PPL askin' me if I'm okay and I'm just too far gone to get my mouth working.
So, next time you see that guy just stretched out across three chairs halfway through the night staring at the lighting with a mad look on his face and you're wondering what kinda lunatic sits-out some of the best choonz and mixing of the night - well, it might just be me... and if it is, dont worry - cus I'm having the time of my freakin life 8) I'm just not in much of a state to discuss it wth ya.

Nordictracking is like when someone is on...a NordicTrack. It's an exercise machine that's like cross country skiing, and people end up dancing like that alot.

How the f**k do you dance to Drum n Bass? I mean your movements must b so small coz the beat is sooo fast!

well, i went out for my bday friday night... danced for 4 hrs straight, and Jeeeez my legs r still hardly walkable Im in pain man!!! lol, basically i loose it, start off slow, then start stompin til Im goin mad lololol I dnt give a shit wot Im doin cant b arsed wif all em girls who jus shimmy about a bit - Im a raver mate!!! LOL gna rest me legs now! (I once actually built up a muscle on my arm - Im a teeny girl btw - from dancin straight from 10pm-6am at helter skelter cos i was holdin a big bottle of water all the time!!! nuts!)

Thats what happened to me .. got too drunk while happy hardcore was playing .. danced all night i dont think i sat down untill the taxi at the end of the night and i couldnt walk for about a week without it hurting lol
My dancin partner Marie was the same aswell and we aint been dancin like that since ...

Nordictrak all the way. I used to liquid but it takes so much energy and you can't hold out very long on a fast set. :P
