It's got DNA engineering written all over it. I would say it's probably a unreleased DNA track.

Yeah thats clearly DNA. Never heard it before though so don't know what it is, and would also guess that it is unreleased because DNA's back catalogue is widely known.

The best thing to do would be to ask DNA himself although i don't know where to locate him on the internet these days.
