i just got my stanton str 30's and the power plug on them only has 2 points, not like the standard and im wondering if anyone knows how to make it work ,like if there is an adapter or so!

Sounds like you've bought them from abroad mate...... they will probably be set to operate at 110V...... not sure if you can alter the voltage on the stantons..... if you can then there will be a little switch somewhere that should say "110V" on one side, and "240V" on the other, you need to switch it to say "240V", and then you will also need a power lead with the UK 3-pin plug on the end

ye ,i read the manual its got 240 or 230 v wotever one it is now ,i bought them from djkit.co.uk

think its a european plug ,am going to the shops to see if i can get an adapter

i bought a 1amp adapter ,will it work with it,or blow?

1 amp? that might be a little on the low side.... might be wrong. If you know what power rating your decks are you can work out what ampage adapter you need..... Current = Power / Voltage

ie: Amps = Watts / Volts

Volts is 240V in the uk

Sounds like you have a shaving plug adapter..... having triedone of those with a 13amp fuse in before, its not such a great idea..... if you have a kettle type power lead for your decks, you are better getting one of those, only with a uk plug on the end.... depends on the lead you have now though

the sound comin from ma decks is all cripsy and jumpy! u know the problem?
