Raver Baby. John Peel described Hixxys last mix for his Radio 1 programme as simply one

Hixxy ascended to the elite class of happy hardcore DJs in the late '90s, mixing several

Born from the Goth/Industrial scene of the late eighties, Zak Price aka Evil Z took up spinning
in 1989.
From there, his passion shifted towards the burgeoning rave scene in the mid-nineties, and
Evil Z has never looked back since. Becoming one of the biggest underground names for the
genre of "Hardstyle" is not an easy task. But that is exactly what Evil Z did. Continuously
touring the states, and constantly producing chart topping tracks, as well as remixes on over
nine different prestigious labels is also not an easy task, but yet another one that Evil Z does
with ease. It was in 2005 when Evil Z looked around the Atlanta scene and saw a niche that
had yet to be tapped. Taking his love for his Goth/Industrial roots and mixing it with the raves
he had come to love and play at so many times across the nation, Evil Z teamed up with Jsin
of SecretRoom fame and created the phenomenon known as CYBERAVER. Cyberaver
consistently attracted amazing turnouts at a time when the Atlanta scene had no turnouts, and
has become one of the most famous and most successful party theme brands to ever come
out of Atlanta. Cyberaver currently reaches and continues in four separate states, even as far
away as New York City. Evil Z is a true veteran and pioneer of Dance Music in America.

As the ambassador of Atlanta Hardcore, DJ K33bz has spent recent years building his name
and polishing his reputation as one of the most beloved DJs in the Atlanta scene. As a
promoter, he has thrown some of the most electrifying events in the Southeast both with
Evolution, the company he founded in 2006, and Horrible Children, for whom he has been a
resident since 2007. He has also spun for Sound System Syndicate, Cyberaver, Fine Spun,
Wildphyre, and Generation Drop, among others, playing alongside such names as Matt K ,
Omar Santana , Monk , Snyper , Evolintent , Dj Ryle , Shortee , Freaky Flow , Rick West , D-
Lerium & Faze , Control Z and Screwface.
DJ K33bz high-energy blend of hardcore styles has been influenced by legends such as DJ
Irene,Matt K, Luna C, Belrok, and Kid Dynamite. His energetic stage presence, upfront track
selection and gift for rocking a dancefloor have earned him a reputation at events throughout
Georgia, Alabama, and Tennessee, and his radio show, K33bz Core, Monday nights 8pm-
10pm on GenXGlow.com/tv is rapidly expanded his fame to a nationwide audience.

DJ K33bz is set to lead the revival of Hardcore nationwide in 2009. Since the first time he
heard hardcore, at a Playground event in 2001, it has been his calling to push Hardcore to the
masses, and as a DJ and promoter, he has made hardcore a staple in the Atlanta dance
music community. I believe in Hardcore. I believe in the healing power of dancing, of a
dancefloor united at 185 BPM, K33bz said recently, commenting on the roots of his love for
hardcore. The first time I heard a Kid Dynamite demo, I was hooked. With an eye to his
roots and a road map to the future, K33bz is focusing his efforts on producing his own tracks
and carrying the torch of Atlanta hardcore forward to the rest of the nation.

Anthony is the teacher of Julio, and after he saw how fast he picked up the art of DJing and
his passion, he realized that they should team together and spread their love for this fast
beautiful genre, which can be melodic or it can be hard.
Anthony was raised in a musical family, playing drums, guitar, bass, and piano by the age of
16. Around his 18th birthday he discovered EDM and fell in love with it. He would get his fill of
hardcore from the DJs Ravine and Cotts.
So for his 18th birthday Anthony hired DJ You. DJ You played the song "Words From The
Gang by Coone". Hearing the lyrics from that song really inspiered him to become a DJ. So
after his party Anthony would spend 2 hours of every night teaching himself the art of DJing.
Around half a year of Anthony DJing, DJ You got hired for a party and invited him. They tag
teamed the party and had a great time. It made Anthony want to DJ in a tag team full time.

Now, Julio, was also invited. So, he went along with Anthony and DJ You. Julio was never
musically talented but he has always wanted to do something musicaly related. In middle
school he tried to pick up the trumpet but that failed. At the party he realized he wanted to be
someone. He saw how much fun DJ You and Anthony were having, so that's the day he
decided he wanted to become a DJ. In the beginning of January Anthony decided to teach
Julio the art of DJing and in the beginning of March they decided to form their old tag team
called The Purple Bronies. But decided to change it to Exhiliaration to become more serious
about their work.

Now Exhilaration is working on traviling America to spread Hardcore around. Playing tracks
that they produced along with tracks from the top hardcore producers today.
