From the news page:
HappyHardcore.com has been given the green light to announce just some the work we have completed for Konami USA and the Dance Dance Revolution series. Last year we announced work we had completed with Konami on the Ultramix 3 series and we are pleased to announce the following:
The two games (that we can talk about) that we have done work for are Dance Dance Revolution: Ultramix 4 (Xbox) with the track "Fracus feat. Lisa Abbott - Desire (Comet remix)" (hardcore genre) and Dance Dance Revolution: Universe (Xbox 360) with the track "The Acolyte - Treble, Bass and Attitude" (Euro trance genre). These titles were both on display and in playable earlier this month at the E3 video game conference in Los Angeles, USA.
But it gets even bigger, not only are the tracks in the game, Konami are using "Treble, Bass and Attitude" as the music in the official game trailer to promote the game! We have grabbed a lower resolution video for you to check out, we also have a HD (high resolution) version that can be viewed (offsite link).
Congratulations to Comet, The Acolyte, Fracus and Lisa Abbott!

Nope...GTA IV. Thanks to NuFoundation for clearing that up.
GTA III was the engine for Liberty City, Vice CIty, and San Andreas. So, GTA IV will be a whole new engine (hopefully...I don't know anything about it yet. But obviously Slashdot does...:)) |
