Its released by Apace, the same people who released Rave Weekender and Hardcore Platinum (which was originally released by Beechwood Music before they went into liquidation).
This sounds very much like a Dreamscape CD I bought. I think that was 5 CD's and contained 100 hardcore anthems, all of which unmixed. And since Apace have re-released other Beechwood CD's, there's a good chance this may just be a re-release of the Dreamscape one. |

Think it is CD1-3 was released as different CD last year called Essntial Hardcore which was exclusive to Virgin stores CD 4 and % are obviosly done by DJ Joe Bloggs who always throws a few tracks on these type of CD's (love some of the artists names though)

If you pop into your local woolworths. There is other 5 CD compilations what look simular to the 'Hardcore' cd you've seen.
The other 5 cd boxsets are based on, rock, 80's, 90's, love and there are a few others to name.

this doens't sound too legit
it might just be a mishap/in the mail or something...but my friends that have tracks listed on the tracklist haven't been contacted regarding licensing and such yet
again, maybe it's forthcoming... |

How do people actually get a hold of tracks to put on a cd if they dont contact the artist? Do they just buy/download the track and stick on the cd anyways thinking "They wont care"? |

Well, they would speak to the label, not the artist normally. So like I said, it's possible that the labels just haven't contacted them. |

If so, they was with Resist.
hope this is unmixed - but with 20 tracks per CD its very very highly unlikely

It is probably mixed but not by well known dj's. It will be like disk 3 on the hardcore adrenaline series :- just some guy who can mix that is uncredited on the disk. |

noticed they have 100 anthems of funky house, ibiza and trance all at the same price.
Plus sadly BONKERS 17 has hit the Bargain pile also for £4.97 it can be bought there also. |

Got this today - it is unmixed but whats with some of the tracks being 1:30? They don't even get going and then fade out!

You can't beat a Vibes mix for early Happy Hardcore. Slipmatt usualy does the Helter Skelter mixes now. Got all of the Helter Skelter ones from the last 2 years!  |

this cd is a complete mess, everybodys pretty much said whats wrong with it, just snippits of songs (perhaps they should have split it over more cds eh?) they completely screwed dark eden - anyone who was hearing that song for the first time on there wouldnt have been impressed even though the full version has a sweet piano riff in it, and is very melodious.
i still bought it though, at £5ish it was worth more than some of the other crap that has been released over the past year (two years). :P
