If you are wondering what "Nustyle Gabber" is I'll try and help you now as I'm in a helping mood!
it kicked off around late 1997. It's slower than normal Gabber. like 140-60 and has a bouncy feel.... have a look at this lovley diagram :) (did it in paint init!)
Nustyle gabber follows the time signature: 4/4 Triplet!
if you want to get this bouncy style using your sequencer there should be a resolution option, normaly set on 16, change it to 12 or double that (24) and it will be easy as eating cakes!

That is perfectly right
some people achive that sound thru swing, but its easier just to do it in quantized 8t
:)
