It used to be fine, but the last year or so has been really slow for me. So it puts me off uploading.

Soundcloud all the way for me.
And that's purely as a listener, not someone who uploads to either.

When playing a mix, You can't scrub back on Mixcloud either, unless you are a paid subscriber.

to be fair my Mixcloud is an absolute waste of time. I upload all of my mixes like I do to SoundCloud, but they only ever get a handful of plays on there. One of my mixes from 2 months ago on there only has 2 plays on it, whereas on SoundCloud it has 336 plays. Waste of time for me to be honest but I will still keep on adding my mixes to it

Yeah. It's pretty dead tbf. It's still worth uploading your mixes on there just to archive, you never know, Soundcloud could go bust one day.

Mixcloud's quite strange at times. Sometimes I can't go back in a track/mix, sometimes I can.

Mixcloud just added a new function where you can upload your tracks as well, if you produce. Your tracks sit in a new tab, beside your mixes. Perhaps this will boost it's user numbers.
