You know Street Mate with Davina MCcall? I'm lookin for the tune off that show. Plus anyone where I can get Jaybee - Mysterious?

Yeah, just sounds like a clip from this, slowed down to make it feel a bit more gritty and then looped.

But just in case, there was a track from 1990 called Hear the Drummer (Get Wicked) by Chad Jackson. But that was more from the end of the 80's house music, before it progressed into early rave. It used the same sample, but with a bit more percussion, and the obvious 80's house sampled noises.

As for Mysterious, there are 5 for sale on discogs, but they are not cheap.
