okay first one has female lyrics:
"take me up to the heavens above, take me up, take me up"
the second one is more an oldish freeformy type track with spoken male vocals in the breakdown which say:
"the music was like a new, black polished chrome that came over the summer like liquid night"
"the dj's took pills to stay awake"

okay i have another two, both easy i should know them but don't.
the first one:
"I wanna be with you, coz i'm in love with you baby
i wanna be with you, you make my dreams come true" etc
the second one has no lyrics, it's a very happy tune sounds like circus music, has a breakdown which starts slow and gets faster with a descending synth line over and over again.

the first one is scott brown - heaven above on evolution 36 (tune!) i love the piano bit in the middle of this one
second one has been mentioned on here before but i'm brain farting on it right now =P

2nd one is Metropolis (Fade & Melody) - Liquid Nights on NEP 5. 1st one sounds kinda like Simon Apex, Haze & Hectic - Roll Da Bass, maybe they just used the same vocals

the scott brown version is newer =P you should be able to distinguish their production style quiet easily. the two songs have different singers for them as well. it may be the vibes number since the scott brown one isn't that well known...

Maybe DJ Demo - Carousel on Voyager 1? The computers at work don't have speakers so I can't listen to it now (been a while) but since you said "circus music" I just figured Carousel.
