best album - This isn't a great one for me to count as I don't have too many albums but Bonkers 9 is pretty good.
best label - Next generation (only just over evo :))
outstanding contribution to hardcore - I'd agree, react bringing hardcore back to life.. I know it never died, but hopefully you know what I mean :)

outstanding contribution to hardcore - DJ Storm... i must say silver is an honorable mention though between the site and master wax, deffinte props to him, if i was in japan it might be different because he's bringing the japanese scene in, but, storm i've seen has done a lot in north america lately, so my vote goes to him.
