I mean it's it an alright song and all but it's not the best HHC song or anthem. What about "Sensation" or "John Gotti's Revenge"? They are way f-ing better and have a recognizable hook that everyone knows.

it's just one of those *classic*  hApPy hArDcOrE tracks, it may not be the best *song* or *anthem* in some ppls minds, but its up there.............!!!!!!!!

I dont think its the best hhc song. I think its a all time great anthem coz of the lyrics and the power of the song.
The lyrics are well write and is easy for people to sing along with it. Heart of Gold and also Eyeopener which is becomming more of an anthem. Raver baby 3 is starting to appear as a new hhc anthem. When I was FD7 UFO stuck that on and everyone in the arena was singing along to it. Going mad ect.
Some people might think Shooting Star its the best hhc choon ever done, but that depends on what they like in their hhc.
I know some people who think its the best song done, but they only like them if its got a good bit of vocals in them.

shooting star is awesome, what do u guys think of the remixes though? compared to the original i think they just don't have the same force.
perosnally my fave hhc song is northern lights - love of my life =)

the unique mix was pretty cool,but you wanna hear it on bonkers 7,when dougal mixes it into dj's unite vol 1,that is the best mix i've ever heard,it's in key and everything,they blend together so well it's unbelieveable.

I love the Force & Styles remix of Shooting Star. I love mixing that in or out of Set me Free Storms remix.

if i hear that song one more time im gonna have to break something. it gets especially annoying when you go to an all happycore party and you hear the same song 5 friggin times. grr.

just becasue it is over popular dusnt make it a bad track, I liek the track becasue it is excellently produced but i agree fate ru hear it in 2 or 3 sets a nite it dies n u wana break teh damn record, as for it being requested i no wot u mean. Love it or hate it though u have to admit that song put happy hardcor eonto the map 4 alot of peopel and is an excellent quality produced tune

Agreed its an awesome track, well produced, beautiful lyrics, it's just i'd love it a hell of alot more if it didn't get friggin played 589173580935 times a night. In fact over play is also what ruined A-tension - Angels for me.
I am speaking from experience when I say, DO NOT! substitute 3 days of no sleep with eating 20 instant coffee packs RAW!!!

some dj's just don't understand though that playing a song twice or more gets annoying,it's as if they don't have any better tunes to play,i never play the same song twice in a set,not even a different mix of it
