i hate smoking .... but have been at it for near 3 years now :( stupidest thing i ever started .. have quit many times but its really hard when all your mates are smoking round ya and stuff ... and having a drink @ the pub, or bored in work lol its shit ... so good luck ... and squish ... quit now trust me i regret startin every single day

i used to smoke for a while when i was younger quite a fair few years ago =o/
i still get cravings every now and then but thankfully i got out when i wasn't too badly addicted
