I don't know what the track was but the first track on a tape i had ages ago. Uh the first one i know from that tape was Midas - Groove controll. I was beaming from ear to ear. Before that I had heard some old rave stuff but only what the charts were playing

That 11 minutes of rave track you are reffering to is

11 Minutes of hardcore madness by dune

Ignoring '91/'92 Oldskool ( which I suspect most in the UK heard since it was commercialised at that point ) the first track I heard, and loved, that I'd call "HH" was: "It's Like a Dream" - Dry & Roasted

I'd say that was the tune that got me into HH.

I dream things that never were, and say "Why Not?" "

My first Happy Hardcore track was Toy Town by Sharkey & Hixxy the original.
Like many of you I then loved it ever since.

Sy.

Your Talkin' Bout Sandman - Can Can Party (chaos Mix)
The Only Place I Have Ever Seen that Song on General Release Was On An Album Called Happy Anthems Vol 4 Although I know That It Was Released On Universal Dance Recordings. Hope This Helps, Cos I Gotta Agree That Is A Mad, Bouncy, Funloving Choon !!
