i was poking fun. it was uploaded once but i never got it. but i think hes actually making some sort of point with this one (while decorating it with his killing the scene mantra). its more or less just upfront with a gabber mix and maybe a freeform mix. theres really no variation. *misses Luna-C's mix*

" theres really no variation"

One should allow for the possibility that each MIX will be varied in and of itself. It's a shocking and radical concept ;)

( I realise no-one would abstractly draw that conclusion, but I have and have reason. )

Not that it won't be strictly "upfront UK hardcore" coz... errm... it will. But it should do a far better job of depicting that category accurately and broadly than expected.

I don't have any beans to spill, I know just enough to be confident that this will be incredibly varied and representative.

In fact even with my limited information I can state categorically that I believe this will be great.

GREAT!

I like most of his remixes (Whatever You Want Me To Be, Promised Land, Written In The Stars, Life On Life for example) and Good To Me (with Re-Con), Lost. If he did a mix in the style of that, I would be pleased I bet. ;)

I do like some of Squad-E's work, especially his remixes as you've said. I'd have to say the one track of his that I *really* like is his remix of uk hardcore - step up to the next level

I'm getting bored with Hixxy's mixes. I wanna see someone else take his place for a change, although I very much doubt that will happen as its because of Hixxy that Bonkers existed and he'll continue to do CD1 right up till the end.

I kinda agree, I think Hixxy's Bonkers CDs lately haven't been nearly as good as Bonkers X and XI (fave) but I do like most of his Clubland CDs. But maybe we should blame Re-Con (even though I really like his work) for the uninspiring recent Bonkers CD1s?
