What's the most effective way of isolating the vocals in a track, and how would I import that track to FL studio

Get an instrumental version of the same track, delta wave compare them in a sound editor, it spits out the difference (ie the vocals).

to import it into fruity:
clicks channels>addone>audio clip.
then right click audio clip>load sample> navigate to your acapella
click your pella to get the channel setting box up & then simply click in your audio clip section of the playlist
