Your country had spended decades of disasters. Your Population probably needs to catch up in many ways. Germans already had their HHC-time. Because of prejudices and generally stupidification and/or interlectual laziness of our population, we are not able to focus on HC-Music on our own. Like you there are are many countries, which musicaly skiped the 90's and did not develope such angst of contact to this music. And hell man, you already have done great work in changing the music taste of your fellow citizens.
I respect all those HHC-supporters out there in "exotic" countries like Croatia, Poland, Czech Republic, Turkey, etc., making me feel like a total retard, due I already had the availabilty enjoying years of HHC-music back in the 90's.
New chance to relaunch this music will definetly not take place in Germany. I might think more about the U. S. or other less prestressed countries, because these guys havn't developed any fear of contact.
Kind of funny, due in my U. S. years (1995-1997) people seemed to become panic, when I talked about any kind of EDM.

I do grieve a lil, but I just like complaining about my musical loneliness here. x)
Croatian music scene situation is quite complicated. in one hand we're trying 2 be primitive (cro/serb/bos turbo-folk "cajke", super-popular), and in other hand modernly commercialised (like MTV), and there are also croatian stuff (croatian pop, rock, folk) that r more n more MTV-like.
Now a word about Croatia: Croatia looks very nice, and has a wonderful seaside, but if u consider living here, its more/less a dump (luckily, one of the "wealthier" dumps).
When one of my friends came back from a UK tour, when she came to our capital, she couldnt recognize it.
Have u heard about Ivo Sanader, the one of the leaders of the money-laundering chain, that used Hippo Alpe Adria bank for his "job", and used to be our "prime minister" that partially ruined the country? (Nacional Crime, International Crime, Organized Crime) He ran away to Austria and now theyre keeping him for doing shit in their country and dont wanna bring him back until they sentence him first, and theyre also makin fun of us. So looks like hes gonna have a double jail (austrian + croatian... i wish there was another). There are also other mafia bosses as Balcanian politicians, some have already been caught.
Franjo Tuđman, the one who got us out of Yugoslavia, a beloved national hero - in the time of the war he ruined MANY lives to make himself and his friends/family richer and more powerful.
Yes, we'd had a long difficult period - but we arent really changing though. I think this might keep being a dump for a long time.
Confusing part: Croatian people are more and more like people from "wealthy" countries - they like only whats popular. One of my friends said that he'd prefer UK HC i played him, but doesnt listen 2 it bcuz its not popular amongst the people - so he listens to House, Trance, Electro...
And theyre also willing 2 stay primitive. Pretty complicated as u c.
Oh well, when I get enough money, I'm moving to the UK or Australia or somewhere like that. Im getting outa here.
And also, I see there isnt much hope for UK HC in other countries, but here its none. UK Hardcore is not popular enough, and for people who sold their souls to popularity, theres no Hardcore. We barely have any Gabber here.

I am pretty much alone at my place as well! But like I already said, the cause is that most people still are ignorant and fixed up to TV and radio stations.
I posted in another thread that I am amazed about Croatian seaside and certainly no Ibiza or Lloret de Mare is able to beat Novalja. Although you don't have a lot of sand beaches.
Here Adria bank is an update news, too as bavarian poilticans decided to buy this bank and now need to clear up their mess.

In the time of the traditional HHC there were even music videos (as ive seen in the videos some people showed me), and nowadays UKHC scene (or any HC scene) barely has ANY videos (except for Styles and rich guyz like that).
I have a reason 2 believe tht we're going down.
(BTW; I dont know how many German people like UKHC, but here I believe there r few people, including me; i mean, i never found or heard about a UKHC fan, and only 1 person knew what it is, and he called it HHC)

Tbh, although I have liked the tracks years ago Blumchen and Scooter had published these days, it was average produced stuff; simply not outstanding, but well enough to interest people for 3 years.
After that US-Black-Music-Industry kept on pushing their crap.

It's quite simple! No TV Station plays Happy Hardcore! Why waste money for a video, which never gets shown?

Why should it go down? Pop Music and Black Music is copying HHC more and more.
For ages German radio stations ignored every Eurodance kind of music. Now they almost play all those happy tunes all the time (including the great 80's New Wave sound).
Nelly Furtado published "Night Is Young": a song, probably never been that close to HHC since years. Average producers notice our comeback for sure!!!

The reason why HHC hasnt been played on the TV is that there isnt enough money. u pay MTV to play ur song, and thats expensive.
Pop Music and Black Music copying HHC? Ive never noticed it so far xD.
UK HC and HHC are 2 different genres. Theyre just too different 2 be called the same, at least imo. i avoid using HHC name 2 avoid misunderstandings.

You have everything there in the track but I think the mix needs a lot of polish and the riff could use better notes IMO. Definitely on the right track though mate.

There are more stations out there besides MTV (finally they stopped free MTV in Germany; I am not religious, but: THANK GOD for this!).

I only seperated Old-UK Hardcore to HHC, due those tunes sound more like Drum'n Bass to me.

Looks like I was wrong, oops. Yeah, i believe its the influence of that YouTube trance music that comes with anime pics (they call every electronic genre Trance, so HC as well).

There are a handful music TV stations here, mainly small ones. I already contacted one of them about my request, due it seems to be more into EDM than the other ones (are the only one playing Blumchen and Dune). Have received the answer they will check for their program changes on March 1st, but I think it's an automaticlly e-mail-return.
Sad that I don't receive Ocko anymore (Czech music tv station), because they sounded more independently.
The only regional 24/7 EDM-radio station hasn't even answered, although I have written to them twice. They had been good for 5 years, but keep it mainly to House, Electro, Minimal these days. Although they play about one or two Hardstyle tracks within every hour, which kind of have become the leading EDM-underground scene in Germany (exception: Dutch influenced Gabba scene in the Ruhr Area).
Noticed the S3RL-song, at the time I joined this forum.
I only have noticed that radio and tv station programs start to change and a lot of genres seem to develope in more happier sounds. Only small, but steady continuing changements. One of the local pop radio stations started playing an older Trance track (Safri Dou - Played-A-Life) since last weeks. 90's Eurodance returned to playing lists, which were banned of playlists since 1997.
Dance Hall becomes more and more "harder", using quick piano samples and synthesizers.
Tbh I feel like music at the moment is like being back in 89/90.
