ive never had any problems so go for it.
the only thing is you dont get an email to say they received your order.

id say there very good, i often use them, any problems afterwards just mail em and they always help sort it out.
only thing is watch the vat and shipping, because the price at the end of your cart, and the complete total often are two very diff. things
; )
very good record shop tho, and masses of hardcore at reasonable prices

i have to agree they've been great whenever i've ordered through them, although i do live in the uk so i've never had to deal with shiping, they usually arrive next morning in the post
when i did have a deffect on one record they couldn't have been more helpful so i would recommend them to anyone

yep, very good very reliable :) I only feel bad that I'm one of those people who always makes smalls orders.. I have no will power for saving :S

They are good BUT their order page is NOT secure, I have even phoned them to tell them this but they still don't fix it... FIX IT IMO RECORDS!

IMO (In my opinion, im not talking about International Mail Order Records :P) they are the best for JUST released stuff since they usually get them first! Like Scott Brown stuff. I live in the far west coast so.. yeah. If you have the money! I need a job

I've ordered from them a few times in the past 8 months or so. One thing request that they use some packing material (foam or crumpled newspaper) in with the vinyl if u have a larger order. A few of my orders came in big boxes and the vinyl sorta bounced around a lot. some of it had small cracks n chips around the edges. when i orded the next time and mentioned it they were very good about packing it properly so the vinyl didn't get beat up on the way over across the atlantic.
Shipping isn't cheap but in the end, u're paying very close to the same as if u bought the same vinyl from an american distributor (which probably doesn;t have all the tracks u want anyway :P). So its really not that bad.

there very good, takes about 2 days for them to send vinyl up to me in scotland 
i also had some warped tunes from them and they replaced them for me :)
 I don’t mean to be rude, it just come naturally
