ask your self but when was the last time you heard a hoover in a modern dance track? is some one burning all the alpha juno's for good? hoovers piss me off now, used to much! we need somthing new. but I don't mind 303lines

IMHO it's pretty narrow to say that a certain synth sounds good or that another is going out of style - any sound, manipulated and cued well and in proper combination with other sounds, can go towards making a good track.

i don't understand you're post. you ask when's the last time you heard a hoover in a modern dance track and then say that they are used too much. uk hard house uses them waaaaaaaaay too much, subtle usage is best for any sample/synth/stab

I find this ironic simply because I dusted off my Juno today and made a track with some hoovers in it. Personally, I -love- 'em. It's just a matter of usage. Gotta be careful... too much of a good thing...

I wish I had a hoover, or at least some decent samples, I'd go crazy with it to the point where I'd be single handedly responsible for it's overuse and demise!
Hmm...maybe it's God's will that I stay away from the hoover, y'know for the hoover's best interests.
