It's by "Elevate...Vinylgroover etc" & called "All that you see & hear".....quite a few people seem to like it......I personally don't like it at all!!!!!!

i like both tunes. the storm one is a top tune! big up the storm! btw has euphony ever produced under a different alias??
i actually was sitting up late one night and some crappy b-grade science fiction thing came on, think it might have been called "outer limits" or ssomething, and there was a big intro where this guy was talking and among this he said "we will control all that you see and hear". that's where the sample is from, and in context it just sounds so normal, like i hardly even noticed it. its strange to hear a sample you know so well by itself in context...
