What do I need to listen to the radio?
You need a streaming music client / player. HappyHardcore.com recommends WinAmp which is a free download from http://www.WinAmp.com
I have WinAmp installed now what?
If you are completed your installation of WinAmp just click the HappyHardcore.com Radio [Winamp] radio option the the stream will automatically start.
I installed WinAmp but nothing works
If you are receiving a text message in your browser or the stream is not starting correctly, we recommend you re-install WinAmp and execute it again.
Check to see if the demo.mp3 file plays inside in the winamp directory. If you still don't hear anything check your speaker volume levels and connections.
I have Real Audio installed but it does not work
You need to have a recent version of Real Audio for the streaming for work. Please upgrade to the latest version if you have not already.
I have Media Player installed but it does not work
You need to have Windows Media player version 7 or higher for the streaming for work. Please upgrade to the latest version if you have not already. Windows NT4.0 does not support Windows Media Player 7.
What speed internet connection do I need to listen?
At the moment HappyHardcore.com Radio streams at 56K, meaning you need more than a 56K modem to listen to the station.

At the moment HappyHardcore.com Radio streams at 56K, meaning you need more than a 56K modem to listen to the station.
If you have more than a 56K modem and the stream is still choppy HappyHardcore.com suggests you talk to your ISP provider and discuss what the problem is.
Is the radio free?
Yes the radio is free to listen.
HappyHardcore.com pays for the service and because we stream from America we also pay artist royalties (publishing rights).
I want to DJ on the radio / Can I have my own show?
HappyHardcore.com is always open to guest DJ spots. If you want a regular show you are generally required to submit three guest shows over a period (say 3 weeks).

At the moment the answer is no the shows are pre-recorded weekly and changed. We update the radio every 2 days.

As with all vinyl releases they are limited in number, meaning the older the record the more difficult to find and in most case more expensive. HappyHardcore.com keeps a record of record stores that stock hardcore globally, you can find these links under the links section on the site.

Where can I download these tunes?
Downloading kills hardcore. HappyHardcore.com does not support stealing money from hardcore artists. We recommend you buy your hardcore.
Can I get a copy of the radio show?
As HappyHardcore.com is only licenced to stream the shows we can not give away copies of the show.
Can I buy a copies of the radio show?
As above we can not sell the CD's either.
