well...last time sharkey was out here he was too to be a 1/23544387507435890 decent....this time....OMG it was good, 2 sets one of which was Vs a local DJ...VERY GOOD!!!!!!!!!!! once again it became increasingly becoming obvious that hardcore is the way of the future..... i would have to say after initaially thinking that it was goin to be an average night, but turned out to be one of the nights of last year...
reason for post i am keen to here what others thought of the night/thought of sharkey last time they saw him.

Systo Shutdown was a farkin killer party. Had a blast. Sharkey tore it apart. The last 1/2 hour of his main stage set was maad. Plenty of new tunes in the pipe works to be released.

last time he played brisbane, he MC'ed over the op of Kevin Energy, his own and Scott Browns sets, the microphone was set to the same level and he was talking shit all the time and didn't stop really for the whole 3hrs....there were ppls yelling for him to shut up...just really detracted from the night not sure if he was ****ed or just being a wanker, but yeah NYE he rocked as did Seventy 7 when he was mixing with him :)

Seems like the sound guy is to blame for that. I'm sure if Kev had a problem with it he would've said something. Plus its pretty damn hard to ruin a Kevin Energy set heh

Apart from being at shutdown supporting my friend dj.... if it wasnt for Sharkey and seventy-7's back to back set, my new years would of been very average! Unreal set and always love watching seventy-7 smash it up...love watching his passion(and facial expressions):-)
and awesome last 1/2 hour of sharkeys set too.....some wickked hard, fast mad tracks....nice, very nice!
Great to have Sharkey doing the midnight countdown and scored some top photos with him too......

OMG! Cool... hehehehe yes it is me .....Overdrive 13th dec..what a friggen awesome night that was....best Rave all year.. for me anyways! Yeah i was running around everywhere that night..wasnt a corner or crevice i didnt dance in or run around hahaha!
