friends original song sparked some inspiration in me so I remixed it.
Just let me know how everything sounds, had some trouble with the bass and open hi hats so i mite **** around a little more with that.

Fo sho. They're distorted to **** mate. Check the levels in your DAW and or any FX you've used on them.

I'll try to get a proper listen tomorrow, but in the meantime check the levels of every channel in the mix and the master channel to make sure nothings going into the red.

well what really ****s me over is I usually mix and master my songs in Ableton Live 8 for myself then make all my tracks raw and dry, export them, import them into Pro Tools and have a buddy spend a day with me, mixing and mastering through Pro Tools. The difference between PT and Live8 is the PT mix is usually louder and more in your face but then Live8 mix has more headroom and you can actually hear everything going on. Maybe i'll re-mix it in Live8 and put up a mix here.
