my last shipment was ordered on dec. 5, and it arrived on jan 3rd.. about 2 to 3 weeks longer then usual.. i was worried it wouldnt arrive :

IMO orders always used to be really quick - generally about a week tops to Canada - but ever since you-know-what, it can be anywhere from 5 days to almost a month and counting for my current order.
Not knocking IMO of course. It's basically down to customs being really tight these days, unfortunately.

ive been waiting 15days on my latest order, and my last order never came, they never billed my credit card :|
IMO was 100% class, but i must admit they have gone down quality on international orders as of late.
still, their range is the biggest and they are by far the cheapest, so until crappy stores in Canberra start stocking hhc or Australian stores stocking hhc go online, its by far the best option for me.

contacted many times about it.
but that was an record in a order and the rest i had received.
they are not bad but i prefer other online shops because there i dont pay with credit card an they are much faster .

IMO is usually very quick but you have to remeber , The UK as anywhere gets really backed up during the christmas season so it takes longer to sort and ship everything out.mnie took longer than usual aswell. It also depends on the day you order them for there is usually a shipping date that the record stores have and ship everything out on that date. Yuoi might have ordered them on the day right after for all you know. could be a bunch of things

I also agree my orders from IMO are taking a lot longer to arrive these days. Im still waiting on my order from next generation records which i ordered 3 weeks ago!!

Two comments:
Orders from around december were delayed because of christmas. There's always increased strain on the mail system around that time.
Also, I'd just like to note that I never seem to have problems with IMO. I get my records exactly a week from when I order them. Every time..

I ordered 3 tape packs from Slammin Vinyl on New Years day and they still havent arrived a month later.
I rang em up the other week and they said they were waitin for the 3rd pack to arrive and they should be here by the end of the week.
But Im still waitin.
Is it worth phonin em again???

the thing with IMO is they claim international orders will be @ your doorstep with in 10 days...and they never are (well not mine @ least)
i wish they would just be a bit more honest and tell you, look if you order from us, prepare to wait
*sigh* if only juno had the same range as IMO...even around crissy orders from there seem to get through =P
