Silver it's most of the site,But i think it is cos of the cookies stored on my computer or maybe in the temp internet files.
And i dont think that you will be able to sort the problem out,Will the rest of the visitors to this site have the same problem.
Is there any software i can use to tackle this, because i get it on lots of website's and it's very annoying?
any suggestions?

what!!!!

IF you get it on alot of web site that indicates it is your problem and not mine, I suggest you upgrade your internet browser or bypass your proxy (if you can)...

look for the cache setting in your browser "checking for new verions of cached pages", you should select, everytime i open internet explorer, or, automatically... something like that
