Is there a character limit for posts? If there is, maybe we should have some kind of length-checker or something, n'est pas? Just a thought.

I was just thinking that the couple of times that my posts have been cut off it was because they were pretty long ... I figured it would be useful if we could know how much room we got to work in, esp. with events posts so I know how much of the promoter-hype to cut out.
