I do like it. I like it a hell of a lot. And also, you know what? I don't think I've heard a bad release yet from Make Believe Records. Cracking little label, that.

Back in the day everyone had to play a synth/piano part if they wanted it...now all people have to do is rip a midi of a tune to get it =P

I've always wondered, do the artists actually play the piano? or is it just a keyboard/program sample?
They where mostly played, later it became a much easier process as the computer programs became more advanced and easier to use.
On a related point here's a quote from Luna-C regarding DJ Force & The Evolution:
"On first hearing the demo tape, I was impressed by the piano work, and wondered where they sampled the pianos from. It turns out they were all played. I remember being absolutely amazed when I first saw them play keyboards. To this day I have never seen 2 people play the same keyboard simultaneously at 160bpm, and do so accurately like they did. DJ Force generally supplied arrangements and beats, while the others were responsible for the musical content. "

That's an awesome quote.
I'm, lately, really starting to feel like I genuinely missed out on a shit load of amazing stuff by only getting into hardcore in about 2002/2003.
