Define irony..

I have been needing to get a job for over a month now, at 7:40 this morning I get a call saying you have the job, I am overjoied, but i am also late so i get in my car, I get to the light where the wait is about 2-3 mins and i see its green from about 100 Ft back so i speed up get in 3rd gear and try to beat it. STOP: Thats what i should have done. Instead I go through it while it is raining and i have to turn left. BLACKED OUT: Once i was int he turn i blacked out and when i awoke i found my car was all filled with white powder and both air bags deploied, WAIT: What have i done? I from what the police report says: Took a left hand turn going 45 mph, on a wet and rainy road, car span out 3 times, Took out a traffic light, Rolled down an embankment and took out 3 tree's. So i found my self minutes later in a ambulance with no major visible injuries, Only i was derlious thinking i was in a dream. I am checked out of the hospital at home 20 mins later the 2nd job i applied for calls and also wants to hire me.

Define irony......

I have no idea,
but it really suks I loved my 97 jetta GLX VR6 i just fishished adding 60 hp to the car (283 total hp) , put an extra 1500 into it, and then boom fukced it up, Now i gotta find a car before next week for 2k or less

one of my friends' wife just had her car totalled this morning on the way to work too =/

glad your ok, hope you have insurance as well because ambulance rides aren't cheap.

btw, congrats on getting a job

You're lucky you're not hurt. My cousin died last week, spinning out and being smashed into by an arctic lorry. He fought it for a couple of weeks but we realised there was nothing there after a brain scan, so we had to let him go.

I always tell the people I know to drive safely, coz car's are dangerous, and people die in them all the time.

that looked severe mate! i know it might sound a bit blatantly obvious that you will be from now on but that really is quite a feat of a crash!
