Rob, I tried to tell myself "Control your dream" over and over. And did i control it?.....(drum roll) NOPE!
Sucked too cuz i swear i saw someone from high school that i totally wouldnt have minded grabbin her booty and run away laughin' But because the dream seemed real, i was all polite n crap.

Yea it sounds possible. From what whispering and Smilee researched. But I cant do that. I had the worst dream last night and even after learning about lucid dreams.... i still cant tell my dreams arent real.

I can control my dreams... one day I just realized that I was dreaming and I was like errrr.... ok... but the funny thing is now I am so used to it I can tell inside my dream that I am starting to wake up and I try to fight myself to stay in my dream.... never works!

WOW, me too. I can completly control my dreams. The funny thing is I was going to make a post about this last week. I was dreaming and I clearly knew i was. For some reason the Dream I had felt like real life because i knew what was going on. They call this somthing but im not sure.

(Apollo and Silver) When did you know you can control your dreams? Is their a mental process like those websites say (Tell yourself you wanna control your dream). Or can you guys just for some reason or another know your dreams aren't real?

About 10 years ago when I was a high school looser I read somewhere on how to do it... like ask yourself every 30 mins "am I dreaming now?" Think about it and answer your question... hopefully one day you will ask yourself in your dream am I dreaming and you hopefully will say yes I am dreaming at which point you will normally wake up :)
That never happened to me... I gave up after about 1 week... but then suddenly I just realised I was dreaming a few months later... since then I can do it... I can still do it now... but not all the time... I'm too sleepy to dream :)

I can sometimes control my dreams but not often. I used to have 'waking dreams' which is where my mind would wake up but my body would still be asleep, its what they think happens when people claim to be abducted by aliens because you hallucenate and your bidy is paralysed. It is horrible, I knew when it was happening and knew that the only way to stop it was to wake up. not as easy as it seems, I had to force all the energy in my body together to make my body shake to wake it up, however this used so much energy that i would fall back to sleep and it all happened over again. Very bad
