If this is the same as there 'keyhole' the google satelite imaginary, i've used it, check out area 51, interesting. Too bad its only america though, they say there getting round the whole world.

Ok just downloaded it and found my house, this is awesome! Not too good detail when zoomed real close, but still real cool! and it says it needs a 2.4 ghz comp i only got a 877 and it runs fine.

I can find it in about 5 seconds now i know where it is, because there is a big white farm nearby, 1 street away (in suburbia) never noticed it was so big.

haha yeah found my house too. go to file>save as
Name the .kmz file and if you send it to someone who has google earth it opens the saved location for them. Handy to show people where you live or something good youve found.

The 'go to' location function is annoying, pretty much only works for usa and major cities, means i have to go around to coast manually, and some places seem to only have low detail.

But i am still to find area 51. I'll keep looking and will get it eventually, to tell the world!

got this spot - 34 54 19 N
117 53 01 W its a military base at groom lake or something like that. Pretty long runway looks suss.

You dont have to look for it, go to site seeing and click are 51.

I think they restrict the number of downloads per day because only at beta stage at the moment. Took me about 4 days to get it. Keep trying. :)
