I changed my mind... Happy Hardcore will always have cartoons, always has and always will. Think back to the old Vibealite posters and flyers.... that's the visual identity of Hardcore.... rendered landscapes... wierd out of this world kinda shit. This is HappyHardcore.com after all, the cartoons stay.

I Agree with Ionosphere!

I think 80% of the people of these forums are for HAPPY hardcore. All the Happy Hardcore is about love and all that. Although I really think the cartoons are getting really cheesy and stupidm I think it describes the music in a way. Cartoons=cheesy, and happiness Happy Hardcore=chessy, and happiness. If Gabber made an album with some of the cartoons they put out with Happy Hardcore, I would just shake my head and ask how much hashed they smoke with tyring to come up with the cover.

Am i the only one who thinks bashing ukraver for making this topic is wrong?
This topic imo asks a valid question.
You cant please everyone and the cartoony look is no exception.

But to me i dont really care.
Jimni is right when she says its up to the producer and whoever is making the album.
You shouldn't worry about what images they put up on the albums cuz if someone doesn't like it, it only hurts their image.
And the majority of albums using that image seems to be the "clubber" music you despise :)

No you changed your mind and decided to agree with everyone else, lick some arse and try fit in.

You go on about Happy Hardcore, dont you know Happy Hardcore is now dead, it's never played in the big raves, hardly talked about and this site maybe called happyhardcore.com But whats the news always about, what's the stuff always being talked about. What's the stuff always on the radio, 99.9% of the time it's not Happy Hardcore. So dont talk shit about Happy Hardcore, becuase it's gone. We now have a new sound there for we dont need the childish covers, becuase HAPPY Hardcore was childish and fitted in well with the cartoon look.

'Happy' Hardcore is still being produced by the likes of Sy, Unknown, Seduction and Dougal & Gammer. The 'Happy' style is not dead at all.

Check out Seduction's mix on Hardcore Nation 2. Its VERY 'Happy'.

If you dont like it, dont buy it. Best thing to do is make what you like. Then you have no excuses.
