I live and breath NHL. I dont think USA has a shot in hell of medeling.
Im pulling for my favorite NHL players to do well for their respective countries.
Teemu Selanne-Finland
Pavol Dimitra- Slovakia
Lubomir Vishnovsky- Slovakia
Matty Norstrom- Sweden
I think the Czech Republic and Canada have the best shot of winning. We'll see.

Wont be pulling for anybody(what ever that means) but will be trying to watch as much as possible as i always enjoy watching ice hockey at the winter olympics

loving the bobsleigh, skeleton and a skiing event where they have to go over speedbumps and take 360 jumps.
Dont mind the hockey, pretty cool how the ref just lets it become a boxing match every now and then. Dont really see that in many other sports and i see why, i went to see a ice hockey match before and by the end the ice was red with blood.
Crazy game but aye is entertaining

I usually dont like watching sports at all, but i enjoy the Olympic & World Championships of Ice Hockey.
So far Finland has won both played games, 5-0 and 6-0 Saturday its against Czech and on sunday Canada, definately gonna watch at least the latter one.

american sport is complete shite although if i had to pick a favourite it would be hockey, snowboarding on at mo in winter olympics seem quite amusin! havent seen a race yet were no1 fallen over a caused a big pile up

American sport? Uhm, no. Ice Hockey is rather big in many countrys. For example here its what Football is in UK.

the Swedish team sucks cause they all depend on one bloody player too much, and that's Peter Forsberg. Can't say that I really like him either

Hes an awesome player..but if you watch him for a whole game, youll see he falls alot. people barely touch him and he falls and draws a penalty. Im not too fond of him either as a Philadelphia Flyer (nhl).

oh for goodness sake, this world is insane.
i turn on the box to find some ex celebrity ice skating with a broom on that flippin "dancing on ice" programme..... so i switch channels to see another bunch of goons sweeping ice on the curling on the winter olympics.... Wheres the drama and comedy?!

thats exactly what curling should be! A bar game. sure people will slip and fall. but thats what "waivers-at-the-door" would be for. So nobody could sue. :D
Id like to think (im sure someone will correct me) that if you wear a helmet, or wear a mouthpiece, or sweat. its a sport. Curling needs to get the boot.
