RIZLA GAME- THE ROCK RULES version 1.3
To play the rizlagame you will require a pint glass, an elastic band, a sheet of toilet paper, a 5 pence peice, a table, a pen & piece of paper, a packet of rizlas, some tobbaco, a lighter and some cannabis (Either skunk or soap will do)
You must first take your sheet of toilet paper (usualy toilet paper is 2 sheets thick, it should be seperated so that it is only a single sheet thick) & fasten it over the pint glass with the elastic band so that it forms a taught skin, (this is the pitch) then place the 5 pence in the centre of this pitch. The glass must then be placed in the centre of a cleared table. All players must make 2 spliffs each & then gather round the table for the game to start (spliff off)
HOW TO PLAY
The player who starts the game must be the winner (man of the match) of the previous game (If no previous game has been played it can be at random). The player first lights the spliff & takes a toot, then burns a hole in the tissue paper while holding their breath (keeping the smoke obtained from the toot in their lungs). Only when the hole has finished burning & has gone out, the player may exhale the smoke & pass the spliff clockwise to the next player (each time a toot is taken the Scoretaker writes down a point for that player) If a player joins two holes together (a 'bridge') or breathes out their smoke before the hole has finished burning, then it is considered a foul & the turn must be retaken, only this time the player must take 2 toots instead of 1 (If the player fouls again they must take 3 toots instead of 2 & so on) If the next player is unhappy with the turn that has been taken & thinks that the previous player has commited a foul then they must not take the spliff (once the spliff has changed hands, mistakes cannot be rectified) but instead must call upon all other players to dispute it (The majority vote rules). If a player thinks that they cannot take a turn without causing a 'bridge' they should "call bridges". To call bridges a player must take a toot for as many people as there are playing before they take their turn, from then on in the game anybody may bridge holes. Once a spliff has burned down to the roach & is dead a player may call for a new spliff before they take their turn (this is lit by the person who rolled it & then handed to the person whos turn it is) If during a turn the spliff has gone out then a player may light it (And even take another toot to get it going) as long as they dont release the original breath (any bonus toots taken to relight a spliff are not added to the score sheet) If a spliff is dead & goes out during a turn then this is considered a foul as the player should have called for a new spliff. A player may only burn the edge of a hole if bridges has been called & if they are joining holes together, otherwise this is just classed as edge. Eventualy the 5 pence will drop into the glass & the game will be finished. When this happens, the loser (the person that caused the 5 pence to fall) will receive an extra 20 points on their score sheet & a blowback from everybody playing (the man of the match gets to give 2 blowbacks). To determine the man of the match the points must be added up at the end of the game by the Scoretaker & the player with the least points is the winner. (the man of the match must be the Scoretaker during the next game) If a player loses 2 games in a row they will receive double the amount of blowbacks from all players (If they lose 3 times in a row the blowbacks will be tripled & so on) note: the scoretaker also plays when they are taking the scores.
A SPLIFF OFF
Not to be confused with 'spliff off ' when the game begins, ' a spliff off' only occurs at the end of the when there is more than one person who is man of the match due to identical scores. The men of the match must face each other & a coin must be tossed ,the winner of the toss deciding who goes first. The person who starts takes a toot & passes the spliff while still holding their breathe, the next player does the same & then passes it back, whereupon the player takes 2 toots (still holding there breath) & passes it back for the other player to do the same, then they take three toots & pass it on etc. This continues until one of the players has to exhale. The player still holding the smoke from all the toots in is the winner. The loser recieves a toot point.
TOOT PENALTIES & DANGEROUS PLAY
The following rules must not be broken otherwise the guilty player must recieve a toot penalty point and receive an extre toot on thier turn:
No touching other players or obscuring their vision during their turn
No touching the table, glass or 5 pence under any circumstances
No knocking or dropping objects on the table
No banging the floor hard enough to vibrate the table
No leaving vibrating objects on the table (such as mobile phone)
No blowing the pitch while a hole is burning
No burning the pitch with a lighter
No taking longer than 10 seconds to start a turn (the turn begins once the previous player has exhaled their smoke & offered the spliff) additional toots are added periodically if the player continues to time waste. The only exeption to this rule is if a player wants to dispute something that has happened on their turn or the previous turn
ADVANCED
It is perfectly legal to scare or make a player laugh during their turn (thus breathing their smoke out & incurring a penalty toot)
If a soap spliff is in use it is possible to perform a blim shot. This is when a spliff is tapped gently above the pitch so that a blim (or hot rock) falls onto the paper, creating a hole. (note: If the blim hole joins with another hole, normal 'bridges' rules apply, whether the blim shot was accidental or not)
If, after 'bridges' has just been called the spliff goes around every player & they all manage to take a turn without 'bridging', when the player who called bridges gets the spliff back this player must retake their 'bridges toots' (also recieving his toot points again) before his turn.
If a player has caused a foul & manages to pass the spliff to the next player without first taking their penalty toots, the player who unwittingly took the spliff must take the toot penalties for them (they also recieve the penalty points)
If a player manages to steal another players mobile phone(with a vibrate function) & manages to get it on the table & it rings (even if the same person who stole it is the person who is phoning it) the player whos phone it is will receive a penalty toot. However if a player is caught putting a stolen phone on the table they will receive the toot penalty themselves.
LEAGUE GAMES
Each player must must be designated a country/nation to play as. There must be a minimum of 6 players & a maximum of 10. Games are held usualy once a week on the same day (The date of the next game is decided at the end of the last game when all nations are present). A season is 12 games long. Once a game has been started players may not leave under any circumstances (exept perhaps family death) similarly players may not join a game that has already started. Anybody who loses the game & refuses to take their blowbacks will be banned from the league till the end of the season. If a player doesnt come to a game & doesnt have a legitimate reason (No show) the score they get on the league table will be the score of the player who scored the most points plus 10. If it is a legitimate reason they will get an average score (all players points added together & divided by the number of players in that particular game) valid reasons for a no show being holiday/unexpected work/legitimate illness/ family death. If a person has more that 5 games off in a season, even if the reasons are valid, they will be awarded the points as if it was a no show. If a game must be postponed due to lack of players,any players who caused the postponing & do not have a legitimate reason will receive 20 points while everbody else gets nothing.
Champions League
At the end of a season, a league may take on another league in a battle for supremecy. The 4 players with the least points at the end of the season play a game with the 4 players with the least points from a different league. The game is played as normal until the end, whereas the points of each team are added up to work out which team has one.
