If I remember correctly, they only existed on either imodownload or serioussounds.

In the past Joey and Kurt have offered their collective works in exchange for some cash.
Try giving Joey a message on FaceBook, and he can probably sort it out with some time.
I have no doubt he still has the old LTR stuff from SeriousSounds.
Been meaning to ping him about some other label things that were there and can't be had anymore...

I don't understand why Joey or Kurt simply don't just re-upload them on Juno or Beatport, if they have the files.

I dont know about Kurt, but Joey's is into the "licensing deal" shit, where you pay money every month to get full access to their backcat.

DVD was a pay once thing I did in 2013?(Kind of fuzzy on the year...Maybe someone else can find the tweet, lol)
Promo list is still going strong, and that was a one-time thing as well. It didn't start with the older stuff, but over time he's included the rest of his stuff, including wavs for a bunch of things that were only ever mp3 or vinyl at best.
